Here's a look at some of the projects we've been lucky enough to work on over the years. Each one tells its own story, and honestly, every single build has taught us something new about what makes a space really click.
Vancouver, BC | 2023
A family home that basically rewrites what energy-efficient living can look like. We fitted this place with solar arrays and geothermal systems while keeping the vibe warm and livable - not like you're camping in a science experiment.
Residential SustainableDowntown Vancouver | 2022
Turned a dated office tower into something people actually want to work in. Open-concept floors, tons of natural light, and common areas that don't feel like corporate afterthoughts.
CommercialGastown, Vancouver | 2021
This 1890s gem needed some serious love. We kept the original brick facade and timber beams while sneaking in modern conveniences. It's now mixed-use with retail below and lofts up top.
HeritageKitsilano, Vancouver | 2023
Built for a couple who wanted ocean views without feeling like they're living in a fishbowl. Floor-to-ceiling windows, natural materials, and a layout that flows from indoor to outdoor seamlessly.
ResidentialYaletown, Vancouver | 2022
The owners wanted something that felt upscale but not stuffy. We used reclaimed wood, living plant walls, and custom lighting to create atmosphere without trying too hard.
Commercial SustainableNorth Vancouver | 2023
Perched on a slope with killer mountain views. The challenge was building something substantial without disrupting the natural landscape - lots of cantilevered sections and strategic window placement.
ResidentialDowntown Vancouver | 2022
A flagship store that needed to stand out on one of Vancouver's busiest shopping streets. Clean lines, flexible display systems, and a facade that catches your eye without screaming for attention.
CommercialEast Vancouver | 2021
Compact living done right. Every square foot counts in this laneway home, but it never feels cramped. Smart storage, multi-purpose furniture, and big windows make it feel way bigger than it is.
Residential SustainableFalse Creek, Vancouver | 2020
Took an old industrial warehouse and turned it into creative office spaces. Exposed brick, original steel beams, and tons of natural light. The kind of place startups and design firms actually fight over.
Heritage CommercialShaughnessy, Vancouver | 2023
Built to passive house standards, which is basically the Olympics of energy efficiency. Triple-glazed everything, insane insulation, and a ventilation system that's smarter than most people's thermostats.
Residential SustainableDon't just take our word for it
"Working with Jade Valen Quintho was honestly a breath of fresh air. They listened to what we actually wanted instead of pushing their own agenda. Our home turned out better than we imagined - functional, beautiful, and way under budget."
"The heritage restoration project was tricky, but they nailed it. They respected the building's history while making it work for modern business needs. Our tenants love the space, and we've had zero vacancies since completion."
"We wanted a restaurant that didn't look like every other Vancouver eatery. The team delivered something unique that fits our brand perfectly. Customers constantly compliment the space, and it photographs amazing for social media."
